However, the pool area had some drawbacks, with non-functional lights and cracks causing water leaks, and there were no towels available which was inconvenient. Although the hallways needed better maintenance, my parents found their room clean and spacious. Dinner from the bar and grill was delicious, especially the Bernese sausages, enhancing our dining experience.
